Incorrect Amount: If an incorrect donation amount was processed due to technical issues, the excess amount can be refunded upon verification.

Non-Refundable Contributions:

Donations made toward specific projects, events, or campaigns are non-refundable.
Contributions that have already been utilized for the designated purpose are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method.
